This crew really cares about fish. They are deeply knowledgeable and go out of their way to help and problem solve. We have an old Blood Parrot who is still alive because the entire staff got involved over the course of a six weeks to help me solve a mysterious bacterial/fungal complication in our 55 gallon tank. This was a three years ago and the same staff is still there. They love what they do and it shows! If you are serious about fish, this is your shop.
Prices are kind of high but they keep their fish in very good conditions, the workers are kind of meh and don't seem to care about you but whatever.
I like this aquarium a lot despite the not so stellar reviews. They have a couple bad eggs there but I usually limit my interaction with them if I already know what I want. That being said, they have a great selection of product so you should be able to find whatever you need.
