Golan's trucks are in and out of my building all the time so when the time came to move the choice was easy. I made one phone call for a quote and scheduled to have movers arrive 4 days later and place my belongings in their storage facility while in transition. The movers arrived early, they knew the building and were familiar with the buildings policies regarding moves which made things go smoothly. The movers packed/crated a few furniture items as well loaded the rest of my belongings onto the truck in well under the estimated time. The whole process from the initial phone call until completion (of this part of my move) was amazingly painless. I could not be happier and will happily recommend Golan's. No complaints from me.
From the quoting and confirmation process, to the actual move, the Golan's team was great. The quoting process with Tom to quote and confirm my move was easy, he answered all of my questions and was thorough. Even when I needed a Cert of Insurance for my Condo Building, I did have to follow up a few times, but I did receive it from Golans.
I would highly recommend using Golan's in the future, as it was recommended to me by my sister!
These guys were the best. Super communicative and efficient with the move. Used them to move a few pieces from the Western Suburbs to Chicago. They took great care moving the pieces. I was in good hands. Wouldn't think of using anyone else to move.
Excellent local move! Setting up the move was very easy. All charges were explained ahead of time and there were no surprises. Movers were on time, polite and worked very quickly. Will use again!
Had a wonderful experience with a local Chicago move this past weekend. Prior to the move, Tom at Golan was very responsive and helpful in the coordination and the moving team of 3 was prompt, professional, helpful and moved our condo with ease during a day of downpour rain/storms.
